We will bring the gym to your doorstep and provide affordable professional one to one personal or group exercises. It will be conducted by our certified trainers to ensure quality training and achieve great result. 100% refund if the quality is not up to your expectation (case by case).
One to one personal training
If you need full guidance (100% attention), you can go for one to one Personal Training. Our friendly and qualified trainer will assess your physical condition and create a comprehensive exercise programme to work towards your health goal. Be it weight loss, posture correction or performance improvement, we will be able to help you.
